Featuring: Maragusan- Experience Nature


Maragusan is a 1st class municipality in the province of Compostela Valley, Philippines. According to the (as of Aug 1, 2007) census, it has a population of 51,547 people in 8,762 households and a land Area (as of 2007, in hectares) 39,427. (Source: Wikipedia)

Maragusan, known to be the summer capital in Compostela Valley province, is a town that can be found in a midst of a valley surrounded by lofty mountains. It is one of the most progressive municipalities in the province rich in natural resources and a home to a number of magnificient waterfalls, adorable hot & cold springs and unexploited forests.
  
The travel to Maragusan is not so relaxing especially when it's your first because the road is rough and dusty and are not cemented plus the thrill on trailing roads alongside deep ravines is not that enjoyable. Unless, of course, if you're a thrill seeker!


Maragusan is also popular to its cold atmosphere which likely compares it to Baguio City. It has also been known to have 30 waterfalls and more than 300 springs.

AGUAKAN COLD SPRING RESORT



The Aguacan Cold Spring Resort has an olympic-sized swimming pool with water coming from nearby cold springs. The water is known to be cold as ice. The resort can house 100 guests and is ideal for large gatherings like conferences and family outings. 



MARANGIG FALLS
